  This is my go to spot whenever I am feeling under the weather for some good congee. Its located in a plaza and I haven't had too much trouble finding parking. The place itself is not that large, so its not great for big parties, but you can always take out food to go as well. The service like most Chinese places in Alhambra is alright but I feel like it might be better since the staff can understand some English. Also, they do accept card, but I think there might be a minimum of ten dollars.
  
  Their menu isn't too large since I am pretty indecisive when it comes to food choices. But you can choose from congee, noodles with soup, and noodles with no soup.
  
  From the congee, I usually get chicken and abalone. Abalone is a type of seafood. The actual dish itself is already flavorful so you don't need to add more seasoning but some people like to add vinegar. There is a hefty portion of meat and porridge and for ten bucks it is really worth it.
  
  A lot of people also get their wonton noodle soup. The wontons are HUGE. The ratio of meat to wonton skin is heavily in favor of the meat.  The noodles used I think are egg noodles and they are pretty standard. I do feel that the soup can run a bit salty.
  
  My favorite non- congee item would be the beef stew lo mein, which is basically the beef stew over noodles with no soup. You can choose to get just beef or a combination of beef and tendon. Tendon is a gelatinous chewy thing which I like but is not for everyone.

  Very good wontons the size of a baseball. This place's history is from Kowloon HK near the ferry docks. The original name was Wonton Time but the owners sold it 7 years ago. Then it changed owners several times. But the original recipe for the shrimp wontons have remained relatively the same.
  
  My only complaint was the rude server and owners who didn't know about the law about service dogs as we were treated rudely. They didn't want us to eat inside but I reminded them that it was against the law to refuse us. As always, we were polite to sit nearest the exit while our 9lb Pomeranian sat quietly beside my GF. Our dog is a fully trained Service dog with full credentials. I wish more Chinese restaurants keep up with the law.

  I was surprised to find that the congee was extremely flavorful and extremely large.  This could be shared with 4 people!  The chicken how ever was a bit rubbery as if it was recently thawed.
  
  The beef + rolled noodles were interesting, but a bit heavy.
  
  The chicken wings weren't that memorable.
  
  Come for comfort, but there's definitely a long wait during the weekend!

  If you want a good old fashion Cantonese style breakfast, this is the spot. Came here on a Sunday morning to get some grub with my fam. The staff were really attentive, which was a plus!
  
  We ordered the ginger and scallion with beef congee, preserved egg with shredded pork congee, special pan fried rolls, 2 items lo mein with beef stew and fish tofu, and house special fish balls. I'm a sucker for congee, but the beef congee was a little too peppery for me. The pan fried rolls had just the right amount of soy sauce to add flavor, but wasn't overly salty. The noodles from the lo main were al dente and the stew was so moist and tender. The fish balls came with a slightly spicy sauce, which wasn't my favorite. All in all, the food here is good and I really appreciate how everything came out piping hot. I will be back to try the other menu items.

  This food is so basic but so good. Come here if you're looking for some traditional Cantonese wonton noodle soup. This is literally a no frills congee and noodle shop. I ordered the wonton noodle soup with the house special fish balls.
  
  - The noodles were nice and al dente (but eat them FAST because they get soggy).
  - The broth was decent, not the most flavorful I've had but still good.
  - The shrimp wontons were literally just shrimp bound together in a wonton wrapper. This is good if you love shrimp.
  - The house special fish balls were kinda interesting.... its very airy and spongey but not chewy. There were also bits of something chewy (octopus?) and pepper. Personally not my favorite texture for fish balls but it seemed very popular as I saw a lot of other tables ordering it.
  
  I definitely want to come back and try the congee one day.
